Christmas Holiday Information
The store will be closing for the Christmas Holidays from Friday the 20th of December 2024 at 4:30pm and will re-open on Monday the 6th of January 2025 at 9:00am.

Internet orders placed over the holiday period will see only stock items despatched, any special order or carrier delivery items will follow in the new year.

Despatch of Orders

Although the carrier shipping module quotes 24hr delivery please note:

This is not a guarantee - we aim for 24hrs.

Where possible we aim to despatch stock items same day.
late orders [after 3pm] will usually be despatched next working day.
Multiple orders of low stock items may have to be ordered in, therefore taking a few days longer to despatch.
If your order is urgent - please contact us before placing you order to ensure we have adequate stock.

How to find Delivery Options and Rates

To see delivery options and rates for an item (or items) click on the 'Add to Cart' button next to the item, then proceed to the 'Shopping Cart'.

Select the 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' option, enter your country, region and postcode, then click 'Get Quotes'.

Free delivery where listed and Collect in Store relate to United Kingdom customers only.

United Kingdom Postal Delivery

This service is only used for small volume Mainland UK deliveries only.

United Kingdom Carrier Delivery

We now use APC Action Express carrier for the majority of our deliveries.

Please note: For remote rural areas and Offshore Islands, services may take up to 5 working days.

Order Tracking
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery:On-line tracking is available via the Royal Mail web portal. Tracking codes will be sent to your e-mail address when your order is posted.

Orders by APC Action Express Carrier: On-line tracking is available via the APC Action Express web portal. Tracking codes and the carrier web portal link will be sent to your e-mail address when the carrier collects your order**.

**Please allow time for the carrier to get back to the depot before you attempt to track the order.

Deliveries outside of the UK

With regret we no longer deliver to the EU (As the politicians from all sides can't play nicely and agree sensible trade terms)
